local, state, and national electrical codes.
NOTE
This fixture must be connected to a three-wire
source of supply (hot, neutral, and ground).
Figure 2
2. Lift housing into place by centering keyhole slots
over mounting screw heads (not provided). Tighten
screws securely. Attach cover and any optional reflectors to housing with screws retained in step 1 of
Electrical Connection.
1. Remove fixture cover by unscrewing 2 #8-32x3/8
screws as shown in Figure 1. Retain screws for
later use. Pull off cover and set aside.
2. Remove the desired 1/2-inch knockout from fixture
housing. Attach supplied fitting to housing, and
tighten hex nut securely. Tighten 3/8-inch flexible
metal conduit to electrical fitting with two of the
screws provided (see Figure 2).
III. Row Mounting
1. Remove cover and knockout from next fixture to
be mounted. Mount fixture per Mounting Instructions.
2. Make electrical connections by jumpering the white
ballast lead from the second fixture to the white ballast lead from the first fixture and connect both to
supply neutral. Jumper the black ballast lead from
the second fixture to the black ballast lead from the
first fixture and supply hot lead.
3. Attach supply ground to same lug as ballast green
ground. Connect supply neutral lead to ballast
white wire and supply hot lead to ballast black wire.
II. Mounting Instructions (for single fixture)
1. Refer to Figure 3 for mounting distances. Mark and
drill two holes for correct distance, centering the
housing at the desired location.
3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 for additional units.
