Interest based options are part of what makes the middle grades experience special as students begin to have
choices of which classes to take. Exploratory courses are intended to offer students a range of experiences that
they many want to pursue in the future.
Please complete the following preference form, which we will use to help determine which courses will be
offered as well as possible placements for your child. In the boxes below number your selections in each
category, with number one being your preferred choice in that category. For more detailed descriptions of the
courses please refer to the Options buttons on the Bearspaw Plone site at http://bearspaw.rockyview.ab.ca
(under the student tab). This form should be submitted with a parent signature. Course fees will be collected in
the fall. Please do not send funds now.

Students must choose one of Band or French OR both Band and French.
