Douglas Park: Located at 505 Fifth Avenue. Consists of 1.13 acres (comprising 49,300
square feet).
Amenities include a 12’ x 12’ wooden pavilion, drinking fountain, two handicapped
parking spaces, a handicapped accessible picnic table, and a fixed bench.
Lily Park: Located at 407 South Riverside Drive. Consists of .4 acres(17,550 square
feet).
Amenities include a 6’ x 6’ gazebo, sidewalk from the Magnolia Pedway to the gazebo,
and bench.
Nance Park: Located at 201 N. Miramar Avenue. Consists of 5.45 acres (43,200 square
feet).
Amenities include restroom facilities, exterior showers, pavilions, 2 sand volleyball
courts, boardwalk, accessible ramp from ground to boardwalk north and south of the
restroom facilities, sand volleyball seating, dune crossover #1 and #3, 100 paved parking
spaces (96 metered and 4 handicapped), large play item, climbing wall, tilted skyrunner,
fun-semble, 2 spring toys, swing set, and drinking fountain.
Orlando Park: Located at 1000 South Ramona Avenue. Consists of 2.62 acres (114,000
square feet).
Amenities include a hiking path, picnic pavilion, gazebo, drinking fountain, benches,
picnic tables, full basketball court, ½ basketball court, see saw, fire truck, climbing walls,
Fun Tunnel, track slide, tot swing set, swing set, chin up bars, and horizontal ladder.

Ernest Kouwen-Hoven Riverside Park: 200 N. Riverside Drive. Consists of 0.8 acres
(34,775 square feet).
Amenities include a 10’ x 400’ wooden pier, 33’ x 33’ covered observation deck at the
west end of the pier, binoculars (regulation height and accessible height) at the west end
of the pier under the covered observation deck, concrete sidewalk along the east side of
the park, benches, picnic tables, bench swing, two handicapped parking spaces.

Sunrise Park: Located at 701 N. Miramar Avenue. Consists of 2.325 acres (101,300
square feet).
Amenities include a 21’ x 14’ covered observation deck with accessible picnic table and
accessible ramp, dune crossover, chickee with picnic table underneath, exercise stations:
vault beam, parallel bars, horizontal ladder, body curl/sit up, beam jump, pull-up bars,
and push-up, 2 picnic tables, sidewalk through park, 25 paved parking spaces (2
handicapped and 23 metered), foot wash and drinking fountain.
