Receiving Vouchers gives our partners the ability to:
 Track Both Full and Partial Receives
 Add Individual Invoice Numbers to Partial Receives
 Add Freight Charges to Partial Receives
 Add Freight Charges After an Item Has Been Received
 Edit Unit Cost After an Item Has Been Received
 Edit Unit Costs After a Purchase Order Has Been Closed
 Reverse and/or Copy Full and Partial Receives
 Manage Average Unit Cost More Accurately

The Receiving Voucher may be printed or
exported from the standard report display
dialog that appears.

Vouchers Button
Voucher List
Purchase Orders with one or more receiving vouchers will display a
Vouchers button.
Clicking the Voucher button will display a list of Receiving Vouchers
associated with the current Purchase Order. Partners will be able to
View/Print and Edit Voucher from this interface.

Editable fields:
 Voucher Date
 Freight (Function similar to the Purchase Order. Freight maybe added
or added and equally applied to the line items)
 Invoice #
 Unit Cost (Average and Last Costs will recalculate)
 Notes
Click the Save button to commit your changes.

Reverse Button
Clicking the Reverse button will nullify the receiving voucher. The Purchase Order will reflect the quantities as remaining. Closed Purchase
Orders will be reopened. Units on hand will be reduced. Average and Last Costs will be recalculated. The Receiving Vouchers status will be
changed to Reversed and will still display in the Voucher List.

Copy Button
The Copy Button will be available for all Receiving Vouchers with a Reversed status. A copy of the reversed Receiving Voucher will be
created; partners will be able to edit all editable fields. Reversed Receiving Vouchers may be copied more than one time; the system will
prevent you from receiving a quantity greater than the quantity remaining.
