DISTRIBUTORSHIP POLICY
DURATION:
 The Distributorship policy will be applicable from 1.04.2016 to 31.03.2017.
PAYMENT OF BILLS:
 All bills are payable in advance through NEFT/online transaction. No cash payment is accepted. 
DISTRIBUTOR DISCOUNTS:
 40% From MRP for all products (Inc. VAT)
FREIGHT/DISPATCHES:
 Freight is paid by the company on all consignments of Rs 50,000.00 (Forty Thousand) and above. 
 Freight by courier is payable by Distributor. 
 Company will give either freight amount or freight discount @1.5% (whichever is lower) on bills
having value below INR 49,999.00


TAXES:
5% VAT on purchase of all products. 
MINIMUM PURCHASE:
 Dealers are given monopoly in operation and the following minimum committed purchases are
made after 3 months of operation.

 Dealers operating for more than 1 year are expected to give growth in purchase @15% every year.
CREDIT LIMIT:
 Distributors are required to deposit refundable interest free Security amount minimum _______ INR
 to purchase products on credit of maximum 30 days. 
 Supply is regulated by credit limit depending upon dealer’s average monthly purchase and payment
 record. 
 Credit Limit is formulated and mentioned in each bill. 

OTHERS:
 Claims of expired/near expiry goods can only be made to, and approved by office and will be settled
 within 30 days of receipt of claims. 
 Goods unsold by the dealer (except under any free/gift scheme) can be returned within 30 days of
 purchase. 
 Customers are expected to clear the account balance at the end of financial year 
 The Company can take any decision regarding supplies and operations, if the criteria of minimum
purchase and payment schedule are not met. 
