Dear Strategy Group,
We would like to inform you that the French research
group on neutrino physics (GDR neutrino) assembling all
neutrino physicists from CNRS and CEA (more than 100
physicists) is very interested by the future of neutrino
physics in Europe. This GDR exists since January 2005
and in collaboration with other European groups (e.g.
BENE) is seeking to trace the French institutes neutrino
road map for the next decades. In France, interest have
been expressed for next generation neutrino beams
(superbeams, betabeams and neutrino factory) where we
believe CERN could play an important role, and also for a
new generation of double beta decay experiment at
Fréjus. You can find at
