Project Development for
Transnational Teams
Training August 24th-26th 2009 in Kosice, Slovakia
Training concept
Our experience working with project teams has proven, that the long

started.
This is why we designed a process concept for the kick off meeting.
In our training participants can experience the stages and acquire
knowledge about the essential steps in project management. Also we
will show how to use virtual tools to keep up the communication
between face to face meetings.
