Early Bird Package Registration - $859.00 (incl. GST)
The early bird package registration includes Conference registration and tickets to all evening functions.
New Member Package Registration - $759.00 (incl. GST)
The new member package registration is available to delegates who have been with Harcourts for less than 12 months at time of registration. This
package also includes Conference registration and tickets to all evening functions.
Should you wish to purchase additional tickets for the Networking Party or Awards Dinner please contact the Harcourts Events Coordinator at
[email protected] to arrange an amendment to you monthly scheduled payments.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• Conference Club only applies to the Early Bird Package Registration (total price
$859) and New Member Package Registration (total $759).
• The registration form must be completed and returned by the 11th day of
the month in order for delegates to qualify for payments to commence that
month.
• Conference Club is only available for registration up until 11 January 2017.
• Credit card payments will be deducted on the 15th of every month
• Credit cards must have an expiry date which falls after May 2016.
• 0.33% surcharge will apply to each monthly payment for credit cards.
• If there are insufficient funds on the nominated credit card on the day of the
transaction, the payment will be postponed and reprocessed in 3 working days.
If there are insufficient funds on the second attempt, the registration will be
cancelled and all monies already paid will be forfeited. No refunds will be issued.

• It is the delegates’ responsibility to ensure there are sufficient funds on their
credit card and that the card remains active. If card is lost or stolen, delegates
must notify Harcourts as soon as possible and will be required to provide
alternative credit card details in writing.
• To terminate your Conference Club registration you must notify us in writing
before the 11th of the month. Existing funds and outstanding payments can be
transferred to another individual providing they complete a registration form
accepting the terms and conditions of the scheduled payments. Cancellations
will result in a refund minus a $100 administration fee. No refunds will be issued
after 15 May 2017.
• If additional tickets to the Networking Function or National Awards are
purchased, the Monthly Payment Plan Schedule of payments will be amended
accordingly. Delegates will be required to sign off on the amended amounts.
