represented Israel's public health services with my colleagues, addressed
strategies for eliminating carrying Hepatitis C in Israel. Dr. Rafael Bengoa
was President Obama's consultant for that matter.

student, who wrote a theses paper addressing the influence of intercultural

 The digitalization of the material collected in the late 1960's began in 2012. In
February 2013, it made prograss toward compilation analysis of the material as a
qualitative research.

procedure, following a multitude of above 70 commenters and 60 drafts anomg

Hasharon sub-district and Petach Tikva sub-district (sessions took place on 20th
August, 2014 29th July, 2014, and 9th September, 2014).
 A meeting with the scientific council representatives of Israel's Medical Association
at the Central Health District - Ministry of Health Branch, Ramle, in the liability
assessment of the central district and its sub-districts (including Hasharon subdistrict) to teach public health specialists, 20th July, 2014. The committee approved
their recognition.

 Local Supervising head nurses meeting at the Mother and Child care center and
nursing supervision team of the Sharon district regarding public medicine policy in
public health field, 30th March 2014, the caring center's hall on 92 Degania Street,
Netanya.
 Presentation of the Thesis paper of Mr. Yaakov offer written in my guidance (re.
comparison analysis in completion of the required data between paramedics and
physicians) to heads of the Health ministry office (at the office of Dr. Boaz Lev,
Deputy CEO of the Ministry of Health)
The consequences of his work was raised over a meeting on my proposal to
computerization of the burial permits process (11th November, 2014)
 31st December, 2014 appointment by the civil services Physicians Organization
union to serve as a member of the medical scientific council of Israel's Physician's
Association. I am a member of the professional committee which approves
specialists physicians programs in health Systems Management and public health
medicine.
 2014-2016
6th year Medical students Clerkship at Tel Aviv University Medicine Faculty,
including a series of lectures regarding public health core subjects
(epidemiological investigation, Israel's health system infra structure, health office
structure and activity; legal and professional regulations background regarding P.H.
matters such as burial permits ).
Followed by an epidemiological investigation exercise from the EPIET model.
The clerkship program was divided into two session; first session on the 17th
December 2014, and the second on 21st December 2014.
Simultaneously, since the beginning of the 2015 academic year, I have made
contacts with the Medicine Faculty management in the Technion academic institute
at Haifa to hold a similar workshop for their sixth years M.D. students.
Same clerkship program was held on 1/16 in Ichilov hospital , and on 2/16 in Tel
Hashomer medical center
2015:
 Participation in the steering committee of implementing the national program
''Nutritional Security to All'' held on 18th June 2015 at at Dorot Geriatric Center
(further information, including address – indicated on the invitation itself). This
session included a practical discussion regarding nutritional risk conditions'
prevention and treatment, at the various hospitals, within the community, and within
the framework of health maintenance organizations.
 Membership at the steering committee joined bu municipal representative of social
workers regarding future lack of geriatric long term beds 2015-2016,

 joined to a steering committee of a healthy community in Netanya, sponsored by the
town's council representative, as well as representatives of other health
organizations (such as the health maintenance organizations). 2015-2016
12. Charity/Communal Activities
2013:

Volunteer lecturer as part of a community enrichment project titled ''Summer Beer
and Academics'', giving enrichment lectures to the public at the ''Alterman'' pub
on 115 Yefe Nof Street, the Carmel, Haifa.
to a request by Dr. Javier Simonovitz, the Students' Dean calling involvement
in that fine project.

A radio interview on on the show ''Father's Home'' edited by Raya Admoni, where
I was asked to relate of my paternal and maternal families. On that interview I
have presented my background and being a teacher at the The Max Stern
Academic College of Emek Yezreel college. The interview was broadcasted on
''Reshet Alef'' (one of Israel's most prominent radio stations) on 7th June, 2013 at
7 A. M., and on 15th June, 2013 Saturday night ,at 7 P. M.
2015:
 Charity work connected to the college –
As part of the Genealogy course I teach within Mashiv Haru'ach's framework, I
condact a collaborative activity with the Galilee branch of the Israeli Associations for
Family Roots Investigation, headed by Mr. Shaul Hollander, integrating the
association's volunteers asking them to appear at the course as an motivating
example to the students. One of those appearance was of the association's most
recent president, Dr. Leah Gedaliya. Simultaneously, I planned a visit of the course's
students at the association's branch, scheduled for Sunday, 21st December, 2014, to be
introduced to the professional literature regarding genealogical investigation at the
commemoration center in Tiv'on, where the association's branch is located. I am sure
this connection with the community will strengthen in the following course sessions.
13. Other Academic Activities
 Submitting a syllabus for the course titled ''Genealogy and Genealogical Research
Methods'' at the ''Mashiv Haru'ach'' humanities enrichment program; the course
proposal was approved by the program director Dr. Ruth Amir and was submitted
for Academic Education Council's approval.

Conducting two professional conferences for the Hasharon subdistrict employees
and the managerial staff of the Merkaz District Health office on 5/11/14 and on
17/12/15

writing a comparative work on primary historical sources of the Damascus blood libel
affair – on 1840.

K. Summary of my Activities and Future Plans
I have managed to combine the intellectual long years personal interst in genealogy
with academic activities – including articles and book publishment , lectures in
different forums seminar and even international conferences
And last – but not the list teach an academic course on that profession which was
formally acknowledged by the high educational academic committee council
That was developed beside my personal professional progression in my medical
ecperty field of Public Health , during which – I've managed to complete the
speciality requirments and exams to a public health physician , and graduate two
master degrees later on (after my M.D. degree) in the Hadassa medical faculty Public Health school the Hebrew university (M.P.H.) and lately In the Public Policy
Health school –(M.P.P. as M.B.A) in the Public policy and Administration school –
the Hebrew University
In that field I've been teaching and lecturing for 14 years in many academic institutes
including Haifa university , the Hagliliee academic international college , The
western Galilee academic college in Acre , The Ohalo college (Katzrin ) , the Tel-Hai

northern Israeli college , the Medical faculties in Tel Aviv and Haifa universities and
of course The Max Stern Academic College of Emek Yezreel as a senior lecturer. All in
the field of Public health and health administration professions .
I've conducted 2 courses of Health system Administration course in china for 1
month and published many lectures in my profession.
2 years ago I've been promoted professionaly to be the medical officer (head
physician) of the Hasharon sub district being responsible over health matters around
465,000 citizens in the sub district area in around 25 cities in 350 squere km
And executive director on 105 employees of Hasharon Sub-district Health office
Israeli Ministry of Health Branch.
My future plans are to develop new courses in my teaching repertuar as other
professional courses , promote research in my professional work , combine my daily
work with some academic activities , and hopefully be promoted for a higher
academic degree
