BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Read this agreement thoroughly and carefully before booking a tour; it contains important terms and conditions regarding
the tour you are purchasing including, but not limited to, our rights to alter the tour, our cancellation and refund policies,
and a limitation of our liability and other important disclaimers. The signature of all travelers is required in three places:
(i) on the Booking Terms and Conditions, (ii) under the Travel Protection section indicating the choice selected, and (iii) on
the Liability Release and Assumption of Risk. A credit card authorization form is also attached and the signature of the
credit card holder is required on that form as well. The final itinerary states what is included and excluded from the booked
tour (as may be altered according to these terms).
These Terms & Conditions apply to each and every person who is part of the attached or final itinerary that is
being purchased with Revealed Enterprises, LLC d/b/a National Parks Revealed. This agreement is between (a)
you and any person you represent, and (b) National Parks Revealed, under the laws of Washington, USA. The
terms “client,” “you,” or “your” are used to mean, collectively: you; the person you represent, if you are making
a reservation on behalf of any other person in any capacity; and all “clients” (which includes all people included
in a tour). “National Parks Revealed” refers to Revealed Enterprises, LLC d/b/a National Parks Revealed and its
employees, owners, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, successors, agents and assigns.

TRAVEL PROTECTION
National Parks Revealed encourages you to purchase a Travel Protection Plan to help protect you and your travel
investment against the unexpected. Travel Protection Plans may include coverage for Trip Cancellation, Trip
Interruption, Emergency Medical and Emergency Evacuation/Repatriation, Travel Delay, Baggage Delay and
more.
National Parks Revealed is a broker for TravelSafe. For more information on available plans or to enroll with
TravelSafe, contact TravelSafe at 888-885-7233 or view online at www.travelsafe.com. For purchases of a
Travel Protection Plan through TravelSafe, please note that refunds and/or cancellation of the plan costs for
a Travel Protection Plan are governed by the terms of the purchased protection plan and cannot be made to
passengers who do not complete the tour for any reason at all (except as otherwise required by state law,
where applicable).
National Parks Revealed is not responsible for the costs incurred by you arising from personal accident,
medical expenses, air ambulance, loss of effects, repatriation costs and all other expenses which might arise
as a result of loss, damage, or injury occurring to you, your property, or to others.
There are multiple providers of Travel Protection and you can purchase insurance and/or Travel Protection
Plans from whichever provider you choose.

CANCELLATION FEES
The following cancellation fees apply if you cancel your tour for any reason:
After deposit up to 90 days prior to departure:
Less than 90 days prior to departure:
25% of Total Tour Cost
100% of Total Tour Cost
In addition to the fee stated above, any cancellation fees, surcharges, or nonrefundable deposits charged to
National Parks Revealed by its suppliers, such as individual hotels, airlines or other third parties, will be added
to and part of the cancellation fee per person.
No partial refunds will be given for unused hotel rooms, meals, sightseeing trips, transportation services, or
other segments or portions of your tour for any reason whatsoever. The Tour Cost is a package cost and
refunds and credits are not available for services not used.
There are no refunds if a tour operates but the client decides due to weather or any other reason not to
participate. No refunds are given for any personal expense in the event of a cancellation, including separate
air fares purchased by the client.
CHANGE FEES
A minimum fee of $100.00 will be charged when arrangements are altered at the traveler’s or travel agent’s
request after the initial deposit has been received. Multiple change fees may be incurred if a desired change
causes changes in other elements of the tour. Additional supplier penalties may also be imposed for which
you will be responsible.
CANCELLATIONS OR MODIFICATIONS BY NATIONAL PARKS REVEALED
Providing you with a well-organized and secure tour is our primary concern. Please note that occasionally it
may be necessary to modify the itinerary or cancel the tour due to conditions or hazards outside of our control
and we reserve the right to do so. When the conditions are those that permit us to modify but not cancel a
tour, for example due to weather, we will endeavor to add other sights and activities to replace those
omitted. If the itinerary is modified to one that is more expensive than the original, the client’s advance
approval will be obtained and the client will be charged the difference between the original and

modified itineraries. The client is also responsible for all additional transportation or lodging costs that are
necessitated by weather. Because you can protect your financial investment by purchasing travel
insurance/travel protection that covers changes and cancellations for weather and other causes and because
of our relationships with our suppliers, we do not provide full or partial refunds for changes or cancellations
due to weather, closures of parks for any reason including force majeure, government funding issues, acts of
nature or any other causes whatsoever that are outside the control of National Parks Revealed (including acts
of our suppliers).
In addition, if you have planned to travel by air to a tour or lodging facility that can also be accessed by ground
transportation, there will be no refund if the air transportation is cancelled for any reason and you choose
not to access the tour or lodging facility by ground transportation.
National Parks Revealed and its suppliers are not responsible for cancellations or any expenses due to delays,
weather conditions or mechanical breakdowns, or for any increase in costs effective after the quote and
confirmation of the itinerary.
In accordance with Washington state law and except as otherwise provided in these Terms, if transportation or other services are canceled by us, all sums paid
to us for services not performed in accordance with these Terms will be refunded within thirty days of receiving the funds from the supplier with whom the
services were arranged, or if the funds were not sent to the supplier, the funds shall be returned within fourteen days after cancellation by us to you unless you
request that we apply the money to another travel product and/or date.
Safety and Conduct: During the course of your tour, we require that you comply with all local laws, respect
local customs and culture, accurately assess your abilities, and respect the privacy of other tour members.
The decision of the local guide or local supplier is final on all matters that may threaten the safety or interfere
with the well-being and enjoyment of others. The local guide/supplier also has the right in its sole discretion
to remove anyone a) who it judges to be incapable of meeting the demands and requirements of participating
in tour activities; or b) who it determines threaten the safety or detract from others’ enjoyment of the tour.
If you are unable to participate in a portion of or all of a tour for reasons covered by this paragraph, we will
not offer a refund.
RESPONSIBILITY
All tours will be arranged under the management of National Parks Revealed, an insured tour wholesaler. The
tour wholesaler acts solely as an agent for the various sightseeing companies, transportation companies and
other principals (“suppliers”) and is in no way to be considered as the principal or operator of the subject
services unless otherwise expressly stated.
The price of your tour includes many tangible and intangible items. Our services provide you with the value
of our relationships, industry knowledge, time and efforts, tour arrangements, the cost of supplier and
operator services, the costs incurred in researching lodging, tour and transfer alternatives, the costs incurred
in planning the tour and securing reservations, commissions paid to travel agencies, and includes other costs
and additional intangible value.
IDENTIFICATION AND IMMIGRATION
Clients are advised to travel with government issued identification and proof of citizenship for all party
members at all times. For itineraries that cross international boundaries, we require that you carry passports.

Parents traveling with children and/or infants are advised to travel with identification and proof of citizenship
for each child. If crossing an international border when both parents are not present, the traveling parent
may be required to provide a signed and certified statement from the other parent allowing the child to travel
out of the country. Failure to provide such evidence may prevent entry into that country.
We require that you assume complete responsibility for checking and confirming any and all passport, visa,
vaccination, or other entry requirements of each destination and all safety or security conditions at those
destinations.
MEDICAL CERTIFICATION
It is vital that travelers with medical or health conditions or limitations make them known to us prior to purchase
of the tour. By signing these Terms and Conditions below, the traveler certifies that he or she is mentally and
physically capable of full participation in this tour and that minors that are traveling with them are also
mentally and physically capable of full participation.
National Parks Revealed expressly disclaims any and all liability for medical care or for special dietary
requirements. We do NOT warrant or make any representations that the company or any representative, or
any third party supplier, guide, or tour leader can or will make a determination that an individual traveler IS
adequately healthy or fit to embark, continue, or participate in a tour, and we expressly disclaim any such
warranties or representations. The responsibility for any determination in favor of embarking, continuing, or
participating in any portion of the Tour remains solely with the traveler.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION, JURISDICTION, GOVERNING LAW
By signing these Terms and Conditions, you agree that any dispute concerning, relating, or referring to these
Terms, our catalogue, our website, any other literature or materials concerning a National Parks Revealed tour,
the tour itself, or any complaint or claim against National Parks Revealed shall be resolved exclusively in the
state or federal courts located in Seattle, Washington, and you agree to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Such proceedings shall be governed by the substantive law of Washington State.
LIMITATION OF REMEDIES
YOU AGREE THAT THE SOLE REMEDY FOR ANY DEFAULT BY NATIONAL PARKS REVEALED ARISING UNDER THE
TERMS SHALL BE THE RETURN OF THE PAID TOUR COST. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER
APPLICABLE LAW, NATIONAL PARKS REVEALED WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL
OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING FOR PERSONAL INJURY) REGARDLESS OF THE FORM
OF THE ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF NATIONAL
PARKS REVEALED HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, AND YOU EXPRESSLY WAIVE ANY
RIGHT YOU MAY HAVE TO RECOVER SUCH DAMAGES. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THIS LIMITATION OF
REMEDIES PROVISION HAS BEEN NEGOTIATED AS PART OF THE AGREEMENT, INCLUDING THE TOUR COST,
BETWEEN YOU AND US.

INDEMNIFICATION
YOU AGREE TO DEFEND AND INDEMNIFY NATIONAL PARKS REVEALED AGAINST ANY CLAIM BY ANY PERSON,
INCLUDING MINORS, THAT ARISES IN WHOLE OR IN PART FROM AN INJURY OR OTHER LOSS SUFFERED OR
CAUSED BY YOU IN CONNECTION WITH THE TOUR OR YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE TOUR AND ANY RELATED
ACTIVITIES.
OTHER GOVERNING TERMS
Severability: In the event that any portion of any provision of one or more of the provisions of these Terms and
Conditions, for any reason, is held to be invalid or unenforceable in any respect, such invalidity or
unenforceability shall not affect any other provision hereof, and the Terms shall be construed as if such invalid
or unenforceable provision had never been contained herein.
Entire Understanding: These Terms and Conditions including the Travel Protection option selected above, the
Release of Liability, Assumption of All Risks, and Indemnification Agreement, the credit card authorization, and
the final itinerary (as may be altered or cancelled according to these Terms) contain the entire understanding
between you and National Parks Revealed in connection with the subject matter of the documents and they
supersede and replace all prior negotiations, statements, and representations concerning the subject matter of
the same.
Amendment: These Terms and Conditions may be amended, altered or modified only by a written amendment
executed by an authorized representative of National Parks Revealed.
Contract Construction: It is the intent of the client and National Parks Revealed that no part of the Terms and
Conditions be construed against any party because of the identity of the drafter.
Attorney Fees and Costs: If the meaning or application of the Terms and Conditions is at issue in any dispute
between you (or your heirs or assigns) and National Parks Revealed, the substantially prevailing party shall be
entitled to recover its, his or her expenses, attorney fees and costs.
Successors and Assigns: This agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon National Parks
Revealed and you and your respective heirs, legal personal representatives, successors and assigns.

I have read, understand and accept all of the Terms and Conditions above. I also accept these Terms and
Conditions on behalf of any minors traveling with me for whom I am responsible. I understand that this is a
legally binding contract. No other representations concerning the legal effect of this document have been made
to me.

LIABILITY RELEASE, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, &
INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT
Read this entire Release thoroughly and carefully before finalizing a booking with us.
By signing below, I acknowledge that I voluntarily intend to participate in the tour described in the Itinerary
and/or Final Itinerary and that I have carefully read this Liability Release, Assumption Of Risk, & Indemnification
Agreement (“Release”) and that I fully understand and voluntarily agree to its terms. I understand that I am
voluntarily releasing Revealed Enterprises, LLC d/b/a National Parks Revealed, its employees, owners,
subsidiaries, affiliate, officers, director, successors, agents and assigns (collectively, “National Parks Revealed”)
from damages for injury from express and inherent risks and I am assuming those risks for myself.
Minors: If the traveler is a minor, I, as parent or legal guardian, agree that this Release applies to any claims I
may have due to injury to or damages incurred by any minor for whom I am responsible, including but not
limited to all risks and potential injury or damages stated here.
I am voluntarily participating in the referenced tour with the knowledge of the numerous risks, hazards, and
dangers involved. I acknowledge that the enjoyment of travel is derived in part from the inherent risks incurred
by travel and activity beyond the accepted safety of life at home or work and that these inherent risks contribute
to such enjoyment. I understand that the numerous risks, hazards, and dangers involved, including inherent
risks, consist of, but are not limited to:
negligence, except gross negligence, on the part of National Parks Revealed; negligence, including gross
negligence of suppliers or other third parties; emotional trauma; disfigurement; temporary or permanent
disability, including paralysis; death; acts of God; the hazards of traveling in remote, unsafe or politically
unstable areas or under unsafe conditions; dangers associated with wild or other animals; high altitude;
forces of nature; transportation failures whether by plane, train, auto, boat, canoe, kayak, bicycle, raft, ski,
horseback or other animal, by foot, or by any other conveyance; equipment failures or difficulties, including
faulty maintenance; physical exertion for which I am not prepared; consumption of alcoholic beverages;
risks associated with food, impure water, and other beverages; accident or illness in remote places without
access to means of rapid or any evacuation or access to medical facilities; the inadequacy of medical
attention once provided; diseases; unexpected events; terrorist activities; the dangers of civil disturbances
and war; social or labor unrest; local laws; climactic conditions; abnormal conditions or developments;
criminal activity; stolen, lost, or misplaced luggage or property; or any other actions, omissions, or
conditions outside the control of National Parks Revealed.
I understand that National Parks Revealed does not own or operate any entity that provides goods or services
for my trip including, for example, lodging facilities, bus, plane, train, vessels, or other transportation, or devices,
food service, equipment, etc.
Assumption of Risk: I agree to be responsible for my own welfare and that of any minors I am responsible for,
and I FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY ASSUME AND ACCEPT ANY AND ALL RISKS either described in this document
or which are inherent in or may reasonably be likely to arise from the tour.

Release of Liability and Indemnification: I fully release and promise not to bring a claim of personal injury or
property damage against or sue National Parks Revealed for its own negligent acts or the grossly negligent,
negligent, or willful act or failure to act of any third party, including its suppliers. I agree that this release applies
whether I am the injured party or it is any other person I am responsible for, including any minor. I AGREE, for
myself and my heirs and assigns, TO RELEASE, HOLD HARMLESS, AND INDEMNIFY National Parks Revealed from
any and all liability for personal injury including death, and property damages resulting from National Parks
Revealed negligence or as otherwise permitted to the full extent of the law.
Governing Law and Severability of Provisions. This Release is governed by the law of the state of Washington
and is to be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver of claims, assumption of risk, and indemnification
to the maximum extent permissible under the law. I agree that if any portion of any portion of a provision or of
this Release is held to be invalid, the rest remains in full force and effect.
