development of learning outcomes and in the assessment of students as well as of self
and applied teaching techniques in order to increase effectiveness; and engaging in
ongoing professional development.
 Manage learning environments by ensuring that accurate syllabi are developed that
incorporate departmental, college and instructor requirements; maintaining attendance

policies or making recommendations for solving the pro-cyclicality of Public
Investment and Public Expenditure in West African Economic and Monetary Union
(WAEMU) countries.

Research Northern Nevada Residential and commercial Water Demand Elasticities
sponsored by Nevada Experimental Program to Stimulate Competitive Research
(EPSCoR) and led by Dr. Kimberly Rollins. The aim of this research was to estimate
the sensitivity of water use to water price, income, quantity of water users; some
climatic variables (e.g., average temperature and precipitation); property
characteristics (e.g., acreage and building year of construction); and others by
commercial users from different economic sectors in Northern Nevada. Spring 2014Summer 2014.
