Client Action – once you log in click on orange box “Get Help” below
Under Organization name click 1) drop down and find
TrueCare Ins,LLC, 2)click bubble
3) click Orange “Search”

Once you see my information appear
as noted below, click orange “select”
Now go in and “create account”, or if you already created account “log in”
If you are creating an account for 1st time – create account by following
directions on website write down user Id and Password and any answers to
security questions. If you already have an account see next slide

Client Action – add your phone number and your email address - then follow next
screens to confirm that you are sure to have selected me.
Client Action – once you confirm I will have access to accept your request
TrueCare action – Next step is for me to accept you as client – once I do this see next
slide

Now that I have accepted your request, you will
have to go back in and authorize me to see
your information and help you through plan
options.
Next, you will see how you can authorize me
as your Broker.
Client Action – log in and go to “Manage my Assistance” Authorize me on next
screen and “confirm”
Client Action: click “Authorize Assister
to see My Information”
Client Action: You can now see that I
approved your request
Client Action: click “Complete Application”
Here you will enter information regarding your household
and enter income for 2012, 2013 and 2014 to determine actual subsidy
