Current Grade Verification Reports Verify the term at the top of the page in PowerSchool is the term for which you are running your grade verification report. Use the Class Rosters report to create a Grade Verification report. From the Start Page select Reports. Choose Class Rosters. Select the teacher(s) that you want to run grade verifications for. To select more than one teacher hold down the Control key (PC) or Command key (Mac) and click to select the teacher’s name(s). To select all, click on the first teacher’s name, hold down your shift key and click on the last teacher’s name. Select all periods that will have grades. Select “are currently enrolled in class”. Print heading on: Choose First page of each class since you are printing verifications for multiple teachers and multiple classes. Heading Text Verify the following is entered in the Heading Text box. If not, type it in or copy and paste the text below. GRADE VERIFICATION: End of Year - ^[letter.date] Teacher: ^(teachername) Course: ^(coursename) Period: ^(expression) Grade Level: ^(grade_level) Number of Students Enrolled: ^(no_of_students) Print column titles on: Choose All pages to include all of the information on each page.
