“Statement Installment” Plan, “Cash Before Card” Service or “Online Bill
Payment Installment” Plan via online banking, BOC Credit Card website, official
account of BOC Credit Card on WeChat (WeChat ID: BOCHK_CC) or mobile
banking:

The cash rebate will automatically be credited to eligible HKD card account and
posted on the account monthly statement that follows.

To be eligible for $300 cash rebate, cardholders must successfully apply for
“Cash Installment” Plan, “Statement Installment” Plan, “Cash Before Card”
Service or “Online Bill Payment Installment” Plan through online banking, BOC
Credit Card website, official account of BOC Credit Card on WeChat (WeChat ID:
BOCHK_CC) or mobile banking(“e-Channel”) with an aggregate amount of
HKD/CNY $10,000 or above during the promotion phase. The cash rebate is only
applicable for tenor of 12 months or above for installment products. The
promotional offer is applicable to cardholders who have not used the
above-mentioned services via e-channel in the past 12 months. Details as follow:

Regardless of the number of eligible cards held by a cardholder, each eligible
cardholder (under the same HKID number) will only be entitled to maximum
HK$300 cash rebate in each promotion phase.

If cardholder has more than one main BOC Credit Card accounts, the cash
rebate will be credited to the most recently opened and activated eligible main
BOC Credit Card account.
4.
The cash rebate can only be used for retail spending at a point of purchase; it
cannot be used to offset cash advance, financial charge or outstanding balance.
5.
BOC Credit Card (International) Limited (the "Company") reserves the right to
amend the above promotions content and terms and conditions at its sole
discretion without prior notice.
6.
In case of any dispute arising out of this promotion, the decision of the Company
shall be final and conclusive.
