Janet Malouf
Janet Malouf is in her 24th season as Head
Women's Basketball Coach at Kutztown University.
Malouf led the Golden Bear to their first PSAC East title
and NCAA appearance in 1996.
Prior to KU, Malouf was the assistant women's
basketball coach at Lafayette College and Purdue
University. In addition to her Division I coaching
experience, Malouf played at Division I powerhouse
Rutgers University. A four-year starter, Malouf led the
Lady Knights to the NCAA tournament four straight
years, finishing in the Elite Eight in 1986 and 1987 & the
Sweet 16 in 1988. She held the university's assist records
until 2001 (718 career, 209 season).
CAMP INFORMATION
CAMP PHILOSOPHY…
Our camp will provide the opportunity for
teams to participate in basketball team related activities
in the summer. Team play can be improved through
daily practice and games.
Also, this year's camp once again will be run in
conjunction with an officials camp. All referees will be
PIAA certified officials being evaluated for collegiate
competition.

If you need to contact a camper, a message
can be left at the basketball office 24 hours a day by
calling (610) 683-4667. Messages will be retrieved on a
regular basis. In case of an emergency, call (610)
683-1376.
REGISTRATION…
A $380.00 deposit (non-refundable) must
accom-pany the application in order to secure your
team’s space for Team Camp.
$50.00 Non-refundable deposit per individual.

The camp is held on the campus of Kutztown
University. Keystone Hall Arena will be the camp
headquarters with O'Pake Fieldhouse providing
additional court space.

Assistant Coach
There will be a professional medical trainer on
duty at all times. The student health clinic is available,
as well as, a doctor on call. Campers will be required to
fill out a medical form prior to camp.

ACCOMODATIONS…

Justin Hallman enters his 6th season as an
assistant coach of the KU women's basketball team in
2016-17.
Hallman came to KU after spending two
seasons as the lead assistant coach and interim head
coach of the men's basketball team at Division III
Piedmont College in Demorest, GA. Prior to 5 years of
coaching high school basketball at various stops,
Hallman experienced playing success at the NCAA
Division III level at Cabrini College.
Please notify the camp director if you have any special
needs that need to be met in order to attend this
camp.

Each camper will be housed in an airconditioned apartment style residence hall. Please make
sure you specify your roommate preference on the
application. All room assignments will be made prior
to registration. The Counselors/Coaches will reside in
the hall with the campers, providing the campers with
constant supervision. Each camper will be required to
provide her own bedding (sheets, pillows, pillowcases,
towels and shower items.
MEALS...
Meals will be served at South Dining Hall
located adjacent to staff plancs and prepare all meals.
Three cafeteria-style meals will be served daily on an
"all-you can eat" basis.
