With several different dining venues to choose from, residents can savor culinary delights created by
our Chefs in a variety of settings. The Courtyard Café is perfect for casual dining at breakfast or lunch.
In the evening our Penthouse View Dining Room offers fine fare along with spectacular views of the
Space Needle, the Olympic Mountain Range, Elliot Bay, Lake Union, and the surrounding cityscape.
The Evergreen Club Lounge is the perfect place to enjoy a cocktail before dinner with friends. And the
Vineyard Wine Tasting Room is the perfect setting to host a private dinner party (with the help of the
Catering Staff, of course!).

the space. Whether your new home features
one bath or two, it will have lovely marble
countertops, a tiled walk-in shower, and tile

Mirabella is located in South Lake Union’s Cascade Neighborhood, one of Seattle’s most vibrant and
