I taught more than ten courses of U.G., P.G. and Ph.D. during January to June and
July to December session in each calendar year from 2002.
I also taught forestry course related to soil & water conservation (NRM) which is
extra work
Guidance of M.Sc.(Ag.) and Ph.D. students as chairman and as co- advisor.
I developed an agro-forestry model of willow tree with agricultural crops like ricewheat and mustard and also developed cultivation technology of willow in climatic
condition of U.P.
I conduct experiments for moisture conservation and soil management specially under
rainfed condition for well being to the farmers of U.P.
I am also a member of different committee related to soil/water/forest conservation.
I also perform the duties of a committee member of different seminars/symposia
My devotion and hard working is always liked by our Head of department that is why
our HoD has given me the charge of U.G teaching , and technology Park .
I perform works of Hostel warden, anti ragging committee and games committee as
well as other responsibility assigned by higher authority of University.
I perform duty regarding examination organized by department, university and other
examinations conducted at university.
I have also worked as external evaluator/ examiner and paper setter of difference
universities.
Monitoring of project entitled “Possibility of Willow cultivation under
saline/waterlogged soil of U.P. funded by council of science and Technology U.P.,
Lucknow.
 I actively participate in agriculture exhibition and farmer’s fair organized by
University.
 I deliver lectures in trainings organized for the farmers under extension activity.

VISION
Water scarcity , soil erosion and environmental degradation is the serious issue of
the hour so I am interesting to focus on teaching/ research work on soil
conservation reutilization/ multiuse of water in all sector and saving of water in
prime view in this scenario
