This report is intended to summarize those proceedings. 13 1. OPENING PLENARY Call to Order 14 15 16 The TR45.5 Plenary was called to order on 26 March 2007, at 08:32 AM local time by the TR45.5 Chair, Jean Alphonse. The Chair welcomed everyone to Atlanta, GA and thanked our hosts for the accommodations. 17 18 The Chair referred all attendees to the new TIA IPR policy on the TIA website and directed compliance with that policy. 19 2. This correspondence is intended as a reminder of actions associated with the M1457-7 update that will be required from the 3GPP2 OPs. On or before 14 May 2007, the 3GPP2 OPs will be required to submit Letters of Conveyance to the ITU-R Counsellor, Colin Langtry. The proposed M.1457-7 Letter of Conveyance from TIA is attached to this correspondence and also a cover page and the Annex 1 thru 6 was also included.
