During the period of 26 March – 30 March 2007, TIA TR45.5 meetings were held at the Westin
Peachtree Plaza Hotel in Atlanta, GA. This report is intended to summarize those proceedings.

The TR45.5 Plenary was called to order on 26 March 2007, at 08:32 AM local time by
the TR45.5 Chair, Jean Alphonse. The Chair welcomed everyone to Atlanta, GA and
thanked our hosts for the accommodations.

The Chair referred all attendees to the new TIA IPR policy on the TIA website and
directed compliance with that policy.

Old Business:
Contribution TR45.5/07.03.30.01 is an update on M.1457-7. This correspondence is
intended as a reminder of actions associated with the M1457-7 update that will be
required from the 3GPP2 OPs. On or before 14 May 2007, the 3GPP2 OPs will be
required to submit Letters of Conveyance to the ITU-R Counsellor, Colin Langtry.
The proposed M.1457-7 Letter of Conveyance from TIA is attached to this
correspondence and also a cover page and the Annex 1 thru 6 was also included.
The document was unanimously approved to be forwarded to the ITU Secretariat.

WG 1 REPORT

The Chair Mr. S. Droste, (Motorola) resigned his position and the Chair thanked
him for his contribution to the advancement of cdma2000. At the same time, the
Chair appointed Doug Dunn (Kyocera) as the new Chair of WG1. Doug Dunn did
receive a standing ovation.
