1 A. Insert 4 wood dowels into the outer holes on the
edges of the 2 side panels and 1 middle panel.
B. Insert 4 cams into the large holes in each side panel
and middle panel. Make sure arrow on each cam points
out towards edge with dowels.

2 Insert 4 cam screws into inner holes of the 2 end
panels as shown. Secure each screw with a phillips
head screwdriver, but do not over tighten.

4 Using a phillips head screwdriver, turn each cam at the
base of the side and middle panels clockwise until each
cam tightly engages each cam screw.

3 A. Place side panels and middle panel into position as
shown, making sure slots on side panels line up with slot on
bottom panel. Align dowels and cam screws and firmly
press into position.
B. Slide back panel into the corresponding slot in the
bottom & side panels.
5 Repeat Steps 3 and 4 for attachment of the top panel.
Be sure that back panel is seated in the slot at the back
of the top panel before securing the 4 cams.

6 A) Attach 2 hinges to each door with 2 screws per
hinge. Secure, but do not over tighten each screw with a
phillips head screwdriver.
B) Attach door pull to each door front with 2 bolts.
C) Adhere 2 door bumpers to each door interior as shown.
7 A) Align holes in hinges with holes in side panels and
attach with 2 screws per hinge. Do not over tighten the
screws. If necessary, adjust the hinges to align the doors
(refer to the directions below).
B) Conceal all exposed cams with cam covers.
Assembly is now complete.
HINGE ADJUSTMENT
If the doors do not appear square or aligned, loosen or tighten the appropriate screws on each case hinge as illustrated.

1) Side to side adjustment:
Loosen screw A, adjust gap
with screw B and re-tighten
screw A.
2) Depth adjustment:
Loosen screw A, push hinge arm
forwards or backwards, re-tighten
screw A and secure screw B with
a 1/4 turn clockwise.

3) Height adjustment:
Loosen screw C, adjust
door height and retighten screw C.
CLEANING AND CARE
Clean surfaces with a dry or damp soft cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners. Do not use furniture wax or
polish as the wood is finished with a protective clear lacquer.
