Requirements
Kaseya Partner Program requirements
You can join the Kaseya Partner Program by completing our short agreement and acceptance
of terms and completing a short registration process. Once approved for membership, you are
eligible to receive the vast benefits of the program; no extensive training or certification is
necessary.
However, you may choose to become a Kaseya Certified Partner and also receive these
additional benefits:

Annual discount on maintenance
Priority escalation status for support inquiries and tickets
Opportunity to provide front line support for Kaseya, if desired
Eligible to receive proactive training, prior to release, on future product & services
A Kaseya Partner can become a certified partner by having at least one Kaseya Certified
Administrator (KCA) on staff. Individual engineers become a KCA by completing training classes
and passing tests for product knowledge as well as an optional support module (required for
those partners wishing to provide front line support). Ongoing and continuing education may
be required, as determined by Kaseya.

2. Presales and Technical Enablement – We will provide new partners with an on-site sales
and technical training session. Via the Kaseya University, you also will have access to pre-sales
technical resources to assist your team in solution demonstrations and addressing customer
inquiries and other sales needs. In addition, we will provide quarterly training updates –
as needed – to ensure our partners stay current with the latest program, sales, product and
technical information.
Marketing Resources
1. Partner Resource Kit – You will receive access to a full complement of tools to help you
leverage the Kaseya brand (and co-brand with your logos) to promote Kaseya solutions.
The kit includes solution presentations, solution videos, solution briefs, marketing literature,
whitepapers, competitive information, case studies, analyst reviews, other third party solution
reviews, a pricing calculator, and much more.
2. Co-Marketing Programs – We encourage joint marketing with our partners, especially for
local, digital events. Market development funds may be available for your pre-approved comarketing events such as direct mailings, local seminars and tradeshows, etc. We may also
support your events by providing materials, speakers or other resources as necessary to ensure
their success. You will have access to the Kaseya Partner & Kaseya product logos.
Technical Support Resources
Post-Sales Technical Support – We minimize the support burden on your organization by
potentially providing technical support directly to your customers. If you acquire Kaseya
directly, however, you may choose to become a Kaseya Certified Partner and also receive the
benefits of annual discounts on maintenance and priority escalation status for support
inquiries and tickets.
Web Tools and Resources
1. Partner Portal – You will have access to our secure partner portal and be eligible to use
information on our products, marketing programs, promotions and sales tools. In addition,
through our Partner Portal, you will be able to register your sales opportunities.
2. Partner Promotions – Your company name, logo and contact information may be listed on
our website for prospect reference and awareness, in addition to receiving SEO benefit.
Financial Support Resources
For partners based in the US, membership in the Kaseya Partner Program gives you access to a
wide range of third-party financing options through our exclusive relationships with Baytree
National Bank and Great America Leasing Corporation and you may be eligible to participate
in these financing programs.
Product Support Resources
Your membership also provides you with a wide array of product assistance.
1. Demonstration Access – You will receive secure access to a dedicated online demonstration
account. You will be able to customize the Kaseya environment for the unique needs of your
customers.
2. Customer Evaluations – The Kaseya Test Drive program allows your customers to evaluate
the Kaseya without needing to install a machine locally by using our hosted POC environment.
3. Not-For-Resale (NFR) Product – For certain Partner members, Kaseya offers a generous
discount to partners who choose to purchase Kaseya solutions for their own internal IT use,
onsite demos or evaluations.
