Dear Law Student, Let’s understand the pattern of General Knowledge section in recent CLAT papers: 1. GK section has been a fair mix of Static GK (15-20) and Current Affairs (25-30) questions 2. For the last 1-2 years, CLAT notification mentioned that Current Affairs questions will be from past one year. CLAT 2016 guideline did not make a specific mention of the same. So, please do not restrict your preparation to 2016 developments alone. Previous CLAT takers have immensely benefitted from CA snippets Once you have done that, you should do time-bound preparation for General Knowledge every day. During actual CLAT, you should not spend more than 15-20 minutes on 50 questions in the section. The reason is, either you know the answer, or you don’t! Happy ‘GK’ing!
