INFORMATION & FEES:

SHOW OFFICIALS: Please check our website, www.foxleafarm.com, for a list of current officials for each of the schooling
shows. Please call in your stall reservations early therefore we can make a decision on how many rings to run as soon as
possible. Thank you for your continued support!

STALL RESERVATIONS: YOU MAY FAX ENTRIES TO 941-484-8245. There are no late fees or membership fees. Please
call 941-480-1100 to reserve a stall. We ask that reservations be made at least 1 week prior. Refunds only if cancelled
before Tuesday noon. 254 permanent stalls with doors are available. Stalls are available at 9 AM of day preceding Show
and must be vacated by midnight on day of the Show’s close. Stalls are 10X12 and 12X12. No first bedding is provided.
Straw bedding is not permitted. Stall assignments at discretion of management. Must be pre-paid or paid upon arrival or
stalls will not be held

TACK SPLITS: Tack stalls can be split – only if split is completed in the show office with secretary BY 5:00 PM ON FRIDAY.
If split not completed the tack stall will be charged to first horse on trainer’s list unless otherwise indicated.

PRIZES: All Division or Class champions will receive a prize.

REFUSAL/ ACCEPTANCE OF ENTRY: Show Management reserves the right to refuse, accept conditionally, and to cancel
any entries, disqualify exhibitors, prohibit exhibition of entries and cancel awards or prizes, without claim for damages. Show
management reserves the right to combine or cancel classes.

GOLF CARTS AND MOPEDS: All golf carts and mopeds on the show grounds must be driven by only those having a valid
state driver’s license. All liability associated with any and all golf carts or mopeds is owned by the cart(s)or moped(s) driver
and the cart(s) or moped(S) owner or cart(s) or moped(s) lessees

ENTRY FORM SIGNATURES: Presentation of signed entry blanks shall be deemed acceptance of all rules, and in the
event of failure to sign the entry blank, the first entry into the show ring or schooling as an exhibitor shall be deemed to be an
acceptance of said rules. Exhibitors are responsible for any errors on the entry blanks. Parent(s) or guardian(s) of minor
exhibitors shall hold the Horse Show Management and the Facility harmless for any injury to such minor. No child’s entry will
be accepted or number issued unless entry is signed by a parent or LEGAL guardian. The signature of unrelated persons
WILL NOT be accepted.

BACK NUMBERS: ONLY ONE HORSE/RIDER PER ENTRY FORM. Numbers will be issued only when entries have been
completed and paid or an open check has been left and entries have all necessary signatures are complete. Open check
must be left with show secretary to pick up number. No schooling without a number. Non-showing horse must also have a
show back number. CHECK BACK OF NUMBER for classes entered from original entry blank! Incorrect numbers worn in
show ring, MAY result in elimination.

OFFICE HOURS: The office will be opened at 12:00 PM the day prior to the first Show day and will remain open to 6:00 PM.
Each Show day, the office will open one half hour prior to the first class.

ENTRIES CLOSING DATE: Show entries close one week prior to show date. Please send or fax entries in advance, there
are no late fees.

STABLING: 254 permanent stalls with doors are available. Stalls are available at noon of day preceding Show and must
be vacated by noon of day following the Show’s close. Stalls are 10X12 and 12X12. No first bedding is provided. Straw
bedding is not permitted. Stall assignments at discretion of management.

DOGS: All dogs must be on leash. We catch’em and hold’em for $5.00 release fee. What fun! If your dog runs into a ring
while a class is underway, the owner will be responsible for payment of class fees for all participants in the class.

NEGATIVE COGGINS CERTIFICATE: Current (within one year) Negative Coggins Test must be available upon demand for
each horse, showing or non-showing

SCHOOLING: Please Check In And Receive A Number Before Schooling. Any Non-Showing Horses Must Be Registered With
The Show Secretary. ALL JUNIOR RIDERS (UNDER THE AGE OF 18) MUST WEAR ASTM-approved headgear while mounted.
For the Performance Show Series Riders- Fox Lea Farm Inc. strongly recommends all riders in this series, under the age of 12, wear
ASTM approved headgear while mounted. All riders must wear an approved ASTM headgear if jumping anywhere on the show grounds.
Official schooling times with an E.M.T. present will be on Friday the day before the show starts, at 11 AM until 6:00 PM or dark whichever
comes first. You may school in the mornings before the show. Rings close ½ hour before the first class. Grass Ring, Hand walk only.
Warm-up in DESGINATED areas only please

CHAMPIONSHIPS: Champion And Reserve Ribbons Awarded In All Divisions/Classes With a minimum Of 5 Exhibitors In Each.
Champions Will Receive A FLF Logo Prize. Ribbons Awarded to 6th Place.
Points Are Awarded As Follows: 1st-10; 2nd- 6; 3rd -4; 4th- 2; 5th-1; 6th - ½.

SHOW ATTIRE: Proper footwear must be worn at all times by all riders when mounted. For all Hunter / Jumper Show Series Riders
(includes equitation classes): Breeches, Boots and Polo Shirts are desired. Also required, ALL JUNIOR RIDERS (UNDER THE AGE OF
18) MUST WEAR ASTM-approved headgear while mounted. Performance Show Series Riders- Fox Lea Farm Inc. strongly recommends
all riders in this series, under the age of 12, wear ASTM approved headgear while mounted. All riders must wear an approved ASTM
headgear if jumping anywhere on the show grounds.

CROSS ENTERING DIVISIONS: Low Adult Hunter may not cross enter into Adult Htr. Low Children's Hunter may not cross
enter into Children's Hunter. Walk, Walk Trot, Crossrails, Short Stirrups, Long Stirrups, Adult Long Stirrups may all cross
enter into appropriate age groups. These divisions may also enter into Beginner Hunter/Equit. Some divisions within realm
may be combined due to lack of entries in age group. You may cross enter in flat classes, (Under Saddle and Equitation) if
class is EQUAL or ABOVE your jumping division and you are otherwise qualified. (No adults in underage; no professionals
in Childrens, etc. This is to give beginner riders more mileage, while protecting them in their own divisions). Professionals or
experienced riders must go NAG (No Award Given).

ADDS/SCRATCHES: MUST BE DONE IN SHOW OFFICE. Add- scratch sheet must be filled out and copy brought to paddock master.
It is YOUR responsibility to notify the office & paddock before the class has begun.

HEIGHT OPTION CLASSES: Notify paddock master of height choice at least one hour before start of class.

ANNOUNCEMENTS/ GATE CALLS: 3 minute gate calls strictly enforced. Be sure to advise in-gate / paddock master of any
conflict- In-gates will communicate with management to let you know which ring to show in first to help decrease conflict
times . The PA system is a courtesy. Please know your order of go.

REQUIRED FEES: All entries will be charged a fee of $22.00 per horse / rider combination. This fee includes Office
(unlimited adds/scratches), EMT, Back Number, Express Check out Postage, etc.

HORSE SHOW AGE: Horse Show age will be figured by current USEF/USHJA.

ORDER OF GO & COURSES: If Order of go is needed it will be posted ½ hour prior to the start of the class. Courses will
be posted 1/2 prior to class.

HARD HAT RULE: All riders must wear PROPERLY FITTING ASTM APPROVED PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR at all times
while mounted with chinstrap secured. No exceptions! All riders must wear an approved ASTM headgear if jumping anywhere
on the show grounds. ALL JUNIOR RIDERS (UNDER THE AGE OF 18) MUST WEAR ASTM-approved headgear while mounted.

RV HOOK-UP SPACE: 60 hook-ups are available. The charge is $35.00 (30 AMP) $40.00 (50 AMP) per night. RV hookups provide water and electric. No septic provided. May need adapter (not provided).

TRAILERS: Trailers must be parked in trailer field only!

RETURNED CHECKS: A $50 fee will be charged for each time a check is returned. WITH NO EXCEPTIONS.

NON-STALLED HORSES: A $35 per day grounds fee will be charged for any non-stalled non-showing horses. All horses
including showing and non-showing will be charged the one time per weekend charge of $22 for office and paramedic fees.

MEDICAL WASTES: Dispose of medical waste in labeled containers at wash racks. Please use aseptic techniques for
safety.

TRASH: All trash must be put in trash cans provided. DO NOT put any trash in the manure bins. All MANURE must be put
into provided manure bins.

DISPUTES: In all classes Show Committee/Management will settle any disputes, conflicts or questions that may arise and
this decision shall be final.

BEDDING Is Available On Grounds. PAYMENT MUST BE MADE WHEN ORDERED BEFORE Shavings Will Be Delivered.
COST IS $7.75 PER BAG* *Price subject to change.

HAY AND FEED SALES: Fox Lea Farm does not sell hay or feed. Ballard’s Feed Supply (941) 488-5521 Will Deliver.
Directions: Turn Left From Fox Lea Drive Onto Auburn Rd. Turn Left On E. Venice Avenue. Go Past Jacaranda, Proceed
To Havana Rd. Turn Left On Havana. Ballard’s Is At The End Of The Road On The Left Hand side.

SAFETY ISSUES: No campfires or barbecues are allowed. NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED IN OR NEAR ANY BARNS!
Ample room must be left around the barns for emergency vehicles to pass. Please use areas around barns for unloading
and loading purposes only. Parking is available away from the barns. Do not block passage for everyone’s safety! Upon
entering Main Barn please dismount for everyone’s safety.

CLEAN STALLS: We would appreciate your picking up your stalls and leaving them clean for the next event. It will help us
keep prices down. Thank you! Place manure in designated bins.

YEAR END AWARDS- HORSE/RIDER must show in at least three (3) shows in a division to keep points in that division for
Year End Award’s.

CHECK OUT: Please Check Out In Show Office Even If Payment Was Sent In With Show Entry. Express Check-out forms
are available to have the office staff fill out your check. You Will Receive a Receipt Listing Classes Entered And Also A List
Of Your Placing(s). Thank You . All accounts must be paid by shows’ day end. . NSF fee $50.00. Prior NSF exhibitors must
pay WITH cash only. Cash or Checks only accepted

RIBBONS: Ribbons 1ST to 6th place / class/division champions receive FLF logo prize

Refunds of entry fees for classes not yet held will be given in the event a class or classes, or all or part of the

schooling fees, paddock fees will not be given in the event of a cancellation of all or part of the competition due to a
storm, accident or other emergency.

PRIZE MONEY DISTRIBUTION:Classes that do not have enough entries to pay out prize money will under the choice
and permission of all exhibiters pre entered will either run without prize money, be cancelled, or prize money and/or entry
fee be adjusted. Entries will be counted 2 hours prior to class. If class is to be conducted first thing in the morning entries
will be counted at the closing time of the show office the evening before. Competitors may choose to scratch with full
refund of class fee if they do not agree with the altered prize money or entry fee. If the number of entries in the class
decreases once all competitors have chosen whether they agree to the terms a new class sheet will be printed and
presented to competitors with new exhibitor count for the class and all entries will have the chance to decide if they agree
to the terms by signature.
Prize money payout setup will stay the same as printed in prize list for the following classes. The entry fee will adjust
according to number of exhibitors as follows:
