Plumber

4 X BRANCH ADMINISTRATION
Maximum of 9 places per week
Experience under the supervision of a qualified Plumber in
the following areas;
Joiner
Removing, installing and fixing domestic items like
showers, bathroom suites and washing machines.
 Waste Management I.e. disposal of removed
materials
Experience under the supervision of a qualified Joiner in the
following areas;
Electrician
First fixing (site work) – fitting the wooden structures,
such as floor joists, partition walls, door and window
frames.
 Second fixing (site work) – installing skirting boards,
door surrounds, doors, cupboards and shelving, as
well as door handles and locks.
 Waste Management I.e. disposal of removed
materials
Experience under the supervision of a qualified Electrician in
the following areas;
Administration
Experience of carrying out an initial installation,
known as the ‘first fix; - fitting wiring along wall
cavities and through ceilings and floors
 Experience of carrying out a ‘second fix’ – connecting
wiring to sockets, switches, light fittings and
appliances.
 Training in current Legislation
 Waste Management I.e. disposal of removed
materials
Experience under the supervision of an Office Mentor in the
following areas;


General office administration including filing,
photocopying and scanning
Data entry, mail merge and presentations using
Microsoft packages
Specialisms identified on application form I.e. Human
Resource, Health & Safety, Commercial, Customer
Service and Project Management *
All skills & knowledge in the identified specialisms will be
addressed within the training plan *
