Open up your night with
Night Network from
1 January 2016.
Night Coaches are running
late night outbound services
from the CBD to key regional
centres every weekend.
The services are part of the
Night Network one-year trial
which also includes all night
metropolitan trains, trams
and late night buses.
Night Network is about giving
everyone a convenient and
affordable way to travel later
and stay out longer.
Plan your journey
> Visit ptv.vic.gov.au for detailed information.
> Talk to PTV call centre staff all night on Friday
and Saturday nights on 1800 800 007.
> Check out new PTV app features such as setting

Travel with myki
Standard myki fares apply for travel on Night
Network services. Metropolitan customers can
travel into the city using a daily or 2 hour myki fare,
and return home prior to 3am on the same fare.
A new fare will be charged for any travel starting
after 3am, when public transport fares switch to
a new day.
For regional travel on Night Coach from the
Southern Cross Coach Terminal, off-peak fares
apply. Touch on at the Southern Cross Coach
Terminal and touch off at your destination to pay
the lowest fare.
During the night, top up your myki at train stations,
on buses ($20 max.), selected tram stops and at
24-hour convenience stores. Customer service
windows on the metropolitan train network are
open at Flinders Street Station and other Premium
Stations through the night. Please note that Flinders
Street Station is the only City Loop station open.
Authorised Officers will continue to ensure fare
compliance at all times during the night.
