Please read these important reminders to ensure that everyone has a great time.
 Your wristband ticket must be worn at all times. Do not remove it.
 Seating is open for everyone to share. For a front row seat, you’re welcome to sit along the edge of the dance floor during
performances. “Sit in a chair or sit on the floor, not on the carpet and don’t block the doors!”
 Dance Jam TV is on channel 73 in your guest room and online at www.DanceJamTV.com
 Video recording is welcome during all contests! No tripods or extension cords in the ballroom.
 Hotel policy prohibits outside food or beverages in the ballroom.
 Lost & Found is at the registration desk through 5pm Sunday. After that, contact the hotel.
 Late entry to workshops & special seminars is not allowed. Please be on time!
 Have a blast! We’re all about sharing the social dancing fun!
Contest Entry Deadlines:
 Friday noon for ProAm, 4pm for Strictly Swing
 Saturday 10am for Jack & Jill, Noon for all remaining contests
If you pre-registered, you must pick up your competitor number before these deadlines.
Competitors must also check in at the staging area 15 minutes before your contest begins. Watch DanceJamTV.com!
