Resource Efficient Scotland has produced a revised Carbon Management Tool that
allows the development of baselines, targets and project registers in a single tool.
This session will highlight the changes and improvements that have been made to help
you get the best results from using it.

Self-Diagnosis: How to evaluate your Carbon Management Plan

When reviewing an existing Carbon Management Plan, or assessing progress on
developing a new version, it is important to know what the strengths and weaknesses
are (or were) so that these can be addressed or adopted as relevant.
This session will introduce a new Diagnostic Tool and explain how it works and how it
can be used effectively.
Workshop Session: Carry-out your own diagnosis
12:00 – 12:50
This is a facilitated session that will allow you to carry-out a review of your own Carbon
Management Plans using the new Diagnostic Tool.
