Figure S3: The RS code applied as a sensing matrix. The 48 rows in the figure correspond to pools and the 1024
columns represent the samples. A short tick indicates when a sample participates in a certain pool. Each row
contains exactly 128 ticks and each column contains 6. As observed, the design is far more intricate than a
multidimensional pooling design, which supports the RS error correction and robustness properties.
