Study! Attached are the directions to our clinical space located at:

We will meet you in the front lobby of the building at your appointed date and time.
(For your information, google maps tends to send people to the back entrance of UNI
located at the south end of the building. The visitor’s parking lot and front entrance,
were you will want to go, is located at the north end of the buliding off of Tabby Lane.)
A COUPLE OF REMINDERS
Please bring with you:
Please ensure your child is not wearing:
• Your child(s) and your social
security number (required to
receive payment)
• Any makeup
• A list of any medications your child
is currently taking
• Your child’s corrective lenses or
prescription (if applicable)
• Any nail polish on their dominant
hand
• Any metal (such as on accessories,
belts, or outerwear)
• Hair extensions
• A baby book (optional; to assist
with answering questions on early
development)
• Work and/or entertainment or when
you have completed your measures

From I-15 northbound
➊ Take the 600 South exit and go east approximately 2 miles to 700 East.
➋ Turn left and drive for two blocks until you reach 400 South.
2.1 miles. (400 South will curve and become 500 South after .5 miles and then becomes Foothill Boulevard after 1.5 miles)
Chipeta Way.
an immediate right into the UNI parking lot.
➌ Turn right and proceed east on 400 South for ➍ Turn left at Wakara Way.
➎ Proceed to the first stop sign and turn right at ➏ Take your second left at Tabby Lane and then From I-15 southbound
➊ Take the 400 South exit. At the first stoplight, turn left onto eastbound 400 South.
(400 South will curve and become 500 South after 3 miles and then becomes Foothill Boulevard after 4 miles)
From I-80 westbound / Foothill Drive
➊ Take exit 129 for Foothill Drive.
➋ Continue along Foothill drive 2.5 miles and turn right at Sunnyside Ave.
Take a right at Chipeta Way.
an immediate right into the UNI parking lot.
➌ Take your first left at Arapeen Drive.
➍ Proceed on Arapeen Drive to Chipeta Way. ➎ Take your second right at Tabby Lane and then From Salt Lake International Airport /
I-80 eastbound
➊ Take I-80 East towards Salt Lake City to exit 121 for 600 South.

Parking is free for patients and visitors of the University Neuropsychiatric Institute.
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
Utah Transit Authority (UTA) Buses and Trax
UTA schedules, bus routes, and maps can
be found at rideutah.com, or you may call
(888) RIDE-UTA. There is a UTA bus stop located
directly in front of University Hospital. TRAX
trains arrive and depart from the University of
Utah campus approximately every 15 minutes.
The Medical Center TRAX stop is located directly across the street from Primary Children’s Medical
Center. You may access University Hospital by entering Primary Children’s Medical Center and taking
the skybridge on the 4th floor. For locations other than University Hospital, there is a bus stop across
Mario Capecchi Drive from the TRAX station where you can catch a campus shuttle directly to your
appointment. The shuttle will also return you to the TRAX station after your appointment.
University of Utah Campus Shuttle
Campus shuttles are in service from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Campus shuttle bus information can be online
by visiting parking.utah.edu or you may call (801) 581-4189. There is no campus shuttle service on
weekends or University holidays.
