Providence Cognitive Assessment Clinic

Providence Cognitive Assessment Clinic
Providence Cognitive Assessment Clinic is Oregon’s leading care provider for people with memory
disorders and other cognitive complaints. We are dedicated to evaluating, diagnosing and treating each
patient’s specific cognitive problems involving changes in such areas as memory, concentration and
problem solving. Then our team works with the patient and family to strengthen the patient’s cognitive
abilities and slow the progression of disease.
Because people fear Alzheimer’s disease and other memory loss conditions, they often ignore early
warning signs. If these diseases are diagnosed early, however, more can be done to slow the progression
of symptoms, enhance cognitive health and maintain quality of life.
