EJ Haun Medal – Must offer 2 heights, 3'3" and 3'6"
Open to NCHJA Junior Members only.
Four competitors to fill the class, three to complete the course.
Flat phase required of 25% of class or a minimum of 3 competitors, whichever is greater.
Judges may use USEF Tests 1-19. Flat phase counts 25%.
Haun contestants not eligible for Children’s Medal or Pony Medal at the same show.
NCHJA Pony Medal – Heights 2’3”, 2’6”, 2’9” - 3’
Open to NCHJA Junior Members only.
Four competitors to fill the class. Three competitors must complete the course.
Test may be incorporated into the course of the original round or the judge must select as
many riders as he wishes to show at a walk, trot, and canter both ways of the ring; being
judged on seat, hands, guidance, and control of the mount. The flat phase of selected
contestants shall count 25%. Judges may ask contestants to perform USEF tests 1-9.
Pony Medal contestants not eligible for Haun or Children’s Medals at the same show.
Bryan Jones Memorial Medal – Height 3’ Open to NCHJA Senior members only.
Four competitors to fill the class, three to complete the course.

Age Group Equitation Fence Heights – Eleven & Under 2’3”-2’6” with no
combinations
12-14 2’9”- 3’ may include combinations
15-17 3’3” – 3’6” may include combinations
To fill: 12-14 and 15-17 may be combined and show at respective heights.
Short Stirrup Division Height – 2’ Oxers not recommended.
To Fill: Children’s and Adults may be combined.
Juniors and Amateurs may be combined
JOGGING - No jogging in Zone 3 for "C" rated divisions
