Tender Notice for up gradation of the existing DVRs & additional CCTV Cameras
For Branches Under Bhopal Zone.
Allahabad Bank invites tender for up gradation of existing 4 channel DVRs to 8 Channel DVRs with
additional cameras and existing 8 channel DVR to 16 Channel DVR with additional Cameras
against buy back of 4 &8 channel DVR without Hard Disk. . Further for fresh rates for 8 Channel
DVR with cameras & 16 channels DVR with cameras for new branches of Bhopal Zone
Eligibility Criteria for Vendors.

Minimum 5 years of experience in CCTV System.
Minimum turnover Rs.50 Lacs per year in the last 3 year.
Registration with sales Tax , service tax and EPF& ESI is essential.
Vendor’s Registration with SSI, NSIC and having ISO 9001 Certification may be given
preference.
Availability of after sales service network within Madhya Pradesh.
Availability of Minimum Warranty of 12 month for every item.
Ability to install Service and maintain the system throughout India at a notice of 24 hours.

The last date of submission of complete application in separate sealed cover in two parts (Technical &
Financial Bid) is Date 01st January 2014 up to 5.00 PM. The offer shall be dropped in the box kept for the
purpose at the Security Deptt., Nodal Zonal Office Bhopal, 1st floor.
The technical bids shall be opened on next working day at 10.30 A.M. and date of opening of financial bid
will be intimated to short listed offerers subsequently. Interested Offerers may depute their representatives in
bid opening programme. The firms which will qualify in Technical Bids will give demo of their product
before the committee on the same day at 3.00 P.M.
The Bank reserves right to cancel any or all tenders and stop the process at any point of time without
assigning any reason or notice whatsoever.

CCTV Cameras should have low LUX so that the same can operate in minimum illumination
also. Cameras should have both auto/Manual Focus mode and the Iris control should also be
both manual/auto.
The system should be based on DVR i.e. Video capture card having the Provision for recording
speed configuration as per our requirement.
The system should have the capability of motion and sensitivity detection with pre alarmed
recording of upto 5 seconds with continuos recording, event recording and time lapse
recording modes. Auto switch on recording facility on detection of movement/light.
System should be capable of multiple real time functions i.e. real time recording, real time
monitoring and searching and real time play back.
System should have capability of increasing the storage capacity as and when required.
It should have a low maintenance cost and it should be upgradeable to inputs for more
cameras, as and when required, with minimum cost.
Compatible with alarm system.
The firm installing the system should have adequate infrastructure for providing after sales
service. On completion of the guarantee period of one year from the date of installation, the
firm should be in a position to undertake annual maintenance service of all CCTVs supplied.
System should be capable of simultaneous viewing, playback and continuous recording.
