The beak helps the falcon to chew very tough body parts of it's prey. A falcon's speed and wings help it survive by swooping down and killing its prey and fighting its predators. A falcon is a very fast bird and agile and catches its prey in mid air. The female falcon is twenty percent larger than the male. It is a vertebrate because it has a back skeleton. Its skeleton allows a falcon to be very fast and light so no prey can hear it.
