WTW WIMBLEDON BALLOT
On Ballot Day: • Please arrive with both your valid BTM (from the LTA) and WTW ID number (available from your local centre) as without these, you will not be able to participate in the ballot. We will check this against our registry of Smartcard and Player Card holders, which you must have purchased at least 24 hours in advance. • Draws will start promptly at the times shown above, for the fairness of others, entries received after the start time may not be entered into the draw. Please allow plenty of time for the full draw. Please come prepared with the dates you can attend as this will help to speed up the process. • Slips are drawn out of the hat one by one and tickets are chosen in this sequence. • If you are unable to attend, proxy attendance at the ballot is possible providing they are able to provide both the BTM and WTW ID numbers for the cardholder. Someone must be present at the draw for each entry (people wishing to enter the draw should not book tennis courts during the times specified, we cannot come and get you off court). Following the Ballot: • Following successful allocation of the tickets and verification from WTW to the LTA, (please allow a week) you will receive an email from LTA (or letter by post where no email address is provided) with confirmation and tickets are paid for directly to the LTA online or via telephone. • Tickets MUST be purchased or declined within 14 days from receiving the email notification. If payment is not made to the LTA within this timeline, tickets will be automatically released to either WTW or the LTA for reallocation. • WTW does not issue refunds due to rain – see Wimbledon rain policy. • Please do not call us for any details of your BTM as you will need to call the LTA for information regarding this on 0208 487 7000
