UNCLASSIFIED EPRM Hierarchy Management Guide v. 2.0 2017 [email protected] UNCLASSIFIED UNCLASSIFIED Introduction: EPRM employs what is called a Nodal Hierarchy. This term simply means a structured hierarchy that consists of nodes. Nodes can be components, units, agencies or any other type of organization or entity. When constructing the organization’s nodal hierarchy, the Node Administrator can build it to mirror a unit’s chain of command or the areas of responsibility for assessors. Establishing a good hierarchy will ensure assessment management and multi-assessment analysis are easily achievable. The hierarchy should be structured in order to facilitate assessment management up the chain. This guide is intended to give Node Managers an overview of the steps involved in creating and managing the Nodal Hierarchy. 2 UNCLASSIFIED UNCLASSIFIED Hierarchy Management: 1.
