We’re improving our services and we’d like to know about your
experience of Sheffield Teaching Hospitals
Following the release of the Sheffield’s Carer’s Strategy, and in partnership with Sheffield City Council, Sheffield
Teaching Hospitals are hosting a Carer’s consultation event.
We want to better understand the experience of carers in our hospitals and welcome you to come along to an
informal event to discuss your experiences and share views of how services could be improved to better
support Carers.

What Time: 12pm – 2pm
