Parking
There will be limited parking available in the main pool parking lot. Coaches and team reps will have
designated parking spots. However, there is plenty of street parking around the pool and in the nearby
Giant Food shopping center.
Purchasable Item



Event T-shirt tank tops ($15.00) - Wicking tank tops will be available for sale. Shirt back design is
shown on upper left corner of this document.
There will be a LIMITED number of shirts for sale, so be sure to buy early.

Concessions
Concession Stand will use a ticket payment system. Sales are located on tennis court outside of the
pool.
Team Area
Each team has an area outside the Saratoga pool which will be marked by lines and a team sign. See
attached pool layout plan.
Suggested items for team areas: Team banner, tents/tarps for team area, deck chairs, sunblock/bug
spray, water coolers
Trophy Presentations
There will be a break after the butterfly events for the presentation of Division trophies. Please have any
of your age group champions prepared for the trophy presentation and photos so that we can minimize
the length of the break. Once the Division champion trophy is presented, all teams should line up at their
respective IM warm-up lanes for a 10 minute warm-up. As soon as their warm-ups are over, the 10&U
swimmers need to report to the clerk of course for IM’s.
Spectators
There will be bleacher and deck areas for spectator seating. We suggest that spectators bring a towel or
cushion to use on the bleachers. Please bring your own chairs to use in the deck areas.
Coaches Area
There will be a designated seating area for head coaches and team reps. There will be 3 chairs for each
team. Bring your own chairs, if desired. Swimmers will not be allowed in this area, other than when
moving from clerk of course to their lanes. Please remember that the Colonial Swim League rules
prohibit any additional coaching once a swimmer has reported to the Clerk of Course.
