Accepting and Rejecting an Invitation 1. On your Home Page you will receive an Alert, which will say when the invite was sent and the message contained. 2. Clicking the Alert box will take you to your Event Invitation Page. The invitation will be in table which will display information about the event. 3. On the right hand side of the page under the options heading will be two buttons called Accept Invite and Reject Invite. Accepting the Invite 1. Click the Accept button. 2. A popup window will appear titled Apply For Event, with your membership number and name underneath. The popup window is split into two sections. Event Details and Special Requirements. 3. The first section, Event Details, will display the details about the Event. You will not be able to edit this. 4. The second section is Special Requirements. You can scroll the window down to see the whole section. 5. Information asked for in Special Requirements may already be filled in. If you have already filled in the requested information in your Personal Profile then it will be displayed in the corresponding box. 6. If you have not filled in the information on your Personal profile page you can fill the information in with the boxes provided. 7. If you want to save the information inputted into a box and have it transferred to your Personal Profile page tick the Update my Personal Profile box. Each box will have one. 8. When you are ready to accept the invitation click the save button on the bottom right of the window. 9. You will be taken back to the Event Invitations page. If you need to update your requirements for the event, click the Update Requirements which will now be available on the right hand side of the page for the event you are attending. Rejecting an Invitation 1. Click Reject Invite. 2. The Options column will now have a Change Decision button instead of a Accept and Reject Invite button. 3. Clicking the Change Decision button will revert the options back to the Accept or Reject Invite button.
