If, because of riots, civil disturbance, or other acts beyond control of the Club, it is impossible to open or complete the show, no refund of entry will be made. The club may decline any entries for cause and may refuse to receive or may remove any dog on account of disease, viciousness, or other causes, and no one shall have any claim or recourse against the club or any official thereof. Dogs must be ready for their classes. Test/Trial judges have the authority to refuse to judge any dog that does not appear within five minutes of being called for its run. The Test/Trial-giving Club and the Test/Trial Secretary have no obligation or responsibility for providing service through a public address system or stewards or runners for the purpose of calling or locating dogs that are not brought into the ring when required.
