Dear Executive Director,
Based on the Senate Bill 324 that was signed into law on June 16,
2014 revising the Public Utilities Commission Assessment statute,
RSA 363-A and the subsequent update of RSA 363-A:5 Atlantic
Group Energy, Inc. would like to request the withdrawal of the
withdrawal letter dated June 30, 2014 for its registration under
docket DM- 11-251 and DM 10-002 as a natural gas aggregation
service with the Public Utilities Commission of New Hampshire,
effective as of June 30, 2014. Atlantic Group Energy, Inc. is a
broker of retail energy and not an aggregator. Our commissions
for FY20 13 were $1262.20.
We request that we be able to do business as usual under the
provisions of our registrations of DM-1 1-251 and DM 10-002 as a
natural gas aggregation service with the Public Utilities
Commission of New Hampshire.
