On behalf of Estonian Society of Radiology, we are pleased to announce that the
forthcoming Baltic Congress of Radiology will be held in Pärnu, Estonia, at the
beginning of October 2014.
Abstracts
You are kindly invited to submit abstracts for the Congress either for oral or poster
presentation. New deadline for submitting abstracts is June 10th 2014. All submitted
abstracts will be reviewed under the coordination of congresses scientific
committee. Accepted abstracts will be presented on Congress website from June
30th, 2014.
Registration to the Congress
Registration is available via the congress website www.balticradiology.com. Congress
participation fees are presented below. Early registration deadline with reduced fees
has been extended until July 15th 2014.

For delegates with oral presentation registration fee and hotel accommodation costs
will be covered. Delegates with poster presentations (only first author or presenter)
will have a 50% discount of their registration fee. Residents and students are
expected to provide proof of resident/student status signed by the head of their
program by e-mail at [email protected] or via fax to +372 740 4094.
Registration fee includes: admission to lectures, symposia and poster sessions,
coffee breaks, lunches, welcome reception and gala dinner, certificate of
attendance.

Congress Venue
The Congress will take place in Strand Spa & Conference Hotel in a well-known resort
town Pärnu. The hotel is situated on the bank of the Pärnu Bay, a 25 minutes’ walk
to the central city of Pärnu. Address: A. H. Tammsaare pst. 35, Pärnu, Estonia.
Official Language
English. No simultaneous translation will be provided.
Certificate
A Certificate of Attendance will be available for all delegates.
Accommodation
Pärnu as a resort town offers a big variety of hotels. Special rates at the Strand Spa &
Conference hotel and Wasa hotel are available for the participants when booking is
made in-time via Congress website.
