only be resubmitted for inspection if the exporter or packer advises the authorised officer in writing that the goods are being resubmitted. Where prescribed goods are being
resubmitted the packer or exporter must comply with the additional requirements set out in section 20 of the Export Control (Plants and Plant Products) Order 2011.
