Participate in the Easter Egg Hunt
throughout the Centre.
All Participants will be given an entry
form and a Centre Map to complete the
hunt.
Participants must complete their entry
form and hand it into Guest Services,
during Centre trading hours between
Monday 10 April and Sunday 16 April
2017.
Participants may only enter once for the
duration of the week.
All participants must complete the sign
up page on the back of the entry form to
the Pacific Werribee database upon
collection of their prize.

DURATION
The Easter Egg Hunt commences at 9.00am
Monday 10 April 2017 and concludes at 5.00pm
Sunday 16 April 2017, or whilst stocks last.

offered forms part of these ‘Conditions
of Entry’.
One prize pack will be awarded to the
parent or guardian of their child who
successfully completes the Easter Egg
Hunt at Pacific Werribee.
To be eligible to receive an Easter prize
pack, participants must legibly complete
their details, including name, mobile
number and valid email address on the
entry form and agree to be added to the
Pacific Werribee database.

Entry is only open to permanent
residents of Australia.
Entries received after the campaign close
will not be considered.
No responsibility is accepted for late, lost
or misdirected entries.
Entry will not be accepted via mail.
Entries which are illeligible, forced,
mutilated, copied or tampered with in
any way will not be considered.
Employees and the immediate families
of the Promoter, Pacific Werribee
management, and the agencies
associated with this promotion are
ineligible to enter. Immediate families
mean parents, siblings, spouse, children
and grandparents. Pacific Werribee
retailers and employees of retailers are
ineligible to enter.
The prize-winners must provide suitable
identification to the promoters’
satisfaction to be entitled to claim the
prize.
As the prize-winner will be under the age
of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to
the winner’s nominated parent or
guardian.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify
the validity of entries and to disqualify
any entrant who tampers with the entry
process or who submits an entry that is
not in accordance with the Conditions of
Entry.
The prize values are correct at the
authorisation date of the competition.
The Promoter is not responsible for any
subsequent variation in values.
The prizes are not redeemable for cash
or transferable and must not be taken as
offered.
The prize is only available whilst stocks
last.
16. At the end of the campaign, all existing
claims for prizes and entitlements to
claims will be met notwithstanding the
advertised prize pool having been
exceeded.

medium hollow egg Easter Pack to the value

By participating in the campaign,
entrants are providing consent for the
Promoter to hold and use their personal
information. The Promoter collects
personal information in order to conduct
the Promotion. Entry in the prize draw is
conditional on providing this
information, which will be added to the
Promoters database. The Promoter may,
for an indefinite period, unless otherwise
advised, use the information for
promotional, marketing, publicity,
research and profiting purposes,
including sending electronic messages,
marketing communications, or
telephoning the entrant. Entrants should
direct any request to the Promoter. All
entries become the property of the
Promoter.
The Promoter agrees to keep
confidential all personal details obtained
by the Promoter and agrees that such
information will be used for the
purposes of promoting Pacific Group
owned or managed Shopping Centres
only.

Personal information collected
Pacific Group only collect personal information
about individuals that is reasonable necessary for
our core business. Whenever it is reasonable and

include name, contact details, personal details,
business details, personal preferences, information
about the products and services that Pacific Group

Epping strive to protect such information, it is
not possible to ensure the security of any
information transmitted to Pacific Epping and
individuals do so at their own risk.

ethnic origin, health or political opinions.

You are entitled to access, update and correct
your personal information held by Pacific
Group. Pacific Group will try to give full access
to personal information, unless there is a legal
or administrative reason for denying access.
Pacific Group may charge a reasonable fee for
providing access.
National privacy principles
When Pacific Group handle personal
information about individuals, they are bound
by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the National
Privacy Principles. In some circumstances, the
handling of employee records in relation to
our current or former employees is exempt
from the National Privacy Principles.
LIBABILITY

Pacific Group try to ensure that all personal
information is accurate, complete and current. To
assist us with this, individuals should contact Pacific
Group if any of their personal information changes
or if they believe that the personal information
provided have is not accurate or complete.

no responsibility for any loss or damage
whatsoever which is suffered (including
but not limited to indirect or
consequential loss) of for any personal
injury suffered or sustained as a
consequences of the use and enjoyment

excluded by law.
Pacific Epping accepts no responsibility
for any tax implications that may arise
from the prize winnings or the use
thereof. It is the responsibility of each
entrant to seek independent advice on

Unless due to fraud or ineligibility under
these terms and conditions, all valid
prize claims in excess of the advertised
prize pool value will be honoured.
If for any reason this competition is not
capable of running as planned including
infection by computer virus, bugs,
tampering, unauthorised intervention,
fraud, technical failures or any other
causes beyond the control of the Pacific
Group, which corrupts or affects the
administration security, fairness,
integrity or proper conduct of this
promotion, then it will be suspended
subject to the approval gaming
authorities in (Victoria) where required.
Pacific Epping reserves the right to
disqualify any individual who tampers
with the entry process, and to cancel,
terminate, modify or suspend the
promotion subject to the approval of the
gaming authorities in (Victoria) where
required.
If all or any part of any term or condition
contained in these Conditions of Entry
shall be declared or become
unforeseeable, invalid or illegal for any
reason, such term or provision (or part
thereof) shall be deemed severed from
these Conditions of Entry and the other
terms and conditions hereof shall remain
in full force and effect as if the offending
term or provision appearing had not
been inserted herein.
