Quick Reference Guide Edit Pages: Move Pages between two Documents Introduction: If a document is scanned into OnBase incorrectly, you can easily fix it using the “Edit Pages” feature. In this example, you will learn how to move pages between two documents. 1. If you have dual monitors, moving pages between two documents is much easier. However, if you don’t have dual monitors, you will need to resize the screens so they are next to each other. 2. Make sure both document are open that you want to make changes to. One document will be losing a page while another will be gaining a page. Toggle to open in separate window by clicking the tiny blue error keys on the upper right hand corder of the thumbnails. 3. Once you open both documents in separate windows, make sure you are on the “Image” tab of both documents. 4. Click “Edit Pages” on both documents. This will open your document in a new tab called “Page Editor” 5. Click and grab the page thumbnail and drag the page to the other document thumbnail list. You can reorder pages if necessary by dragging and dropping pages. 6. If you want to undo your changes or Cancel out of the page editor, simply click on the icons indicated below. 7. If you want to retain your document modifications, you must click “Save” or you will lose your changes. You have completed the steps for moving pages between documents.
