Appendix J – BPEL Process –Submitter

When an enforcement referral has been submitted, both the user and District Manager
(Enforcement Representative) will receive e-mails similar to the one above.
o
The person making the submission may withdraw the submission at this point, by
selecting the link to the Worklist Application.
o
The only task available will be withdraw.

To withdraw, select Withdraw from the Task Action.

A comment must be made in the Comments section.

To add a comment select the plus symbol, type in comment and Select update located
below the Comment boxes.
Select Go.

Referral – District Manager (Enforcement Representative)

When the District Manager (Enforcement Representative) receives an e-mail similar to the one
stated previously, they too will select the Worklist Application link.

To Assign the Referral, select Assign from the Task Action drop down.

Select the assignees’ name from the Select an Assignee for Enforcement Referral drop down.

Select Save.

Select Assign from the Task Action drop down again. (if changed from Assign)

Select the assignees’ name from the Select an Assignee for Enforcement Referral drop down
again.

Select Go.
Note: The steps above must be followed for the process to function. After completing the steps
above, the person assign the enforcement will receive an e-mail, stating they have been
assigned the referral.

The Assigned person will then enter BPEL by selecting the Worklist Application link in the e-mail.

From there, the steps listed in the enforcement Tracking Activity for Accepting, Rejecting or
Returning should be conducted in the BPEL.

For Returning or Rejecting the referral, Comments must be made. To add a comment
select the plus symbol, type in comment and Select update located below the Comment
box.
