Five other players also won big: a second player won $30,000 and four additional players each won $10,000 in last night's drawing. Wednesday's winning Powerball numbers were 11, 13, 25, 39, and 54, with a Powerball of 19. The Power Play number was 3. • The $1,000,000 Powerball ticket was sold at Durand Avenue Mart – 3900 Durand Avenue in Racine. The winner matched five out of five numbers, but not the Powerball. • The $30,000 winner purchased their Powerball ticket at Bob's Mini Mart – 506 Ohio Street in Oshkosh. The $30,000 winner matched four out of five numbers and the Powerball.
