The mentor will review all data collected and receive input from the
administrator and peer educator to determine the areas for professional
development. The mentor will meet with the induction teacher and map out
a Professional Growth and Development Plan for second semester.
Note: All observation records of the administrator and peer educator along with documents
completed by the induction teacher are to be included in the Induction Dossier.

giving oral and written feedback. Either the peer educator or the
administrator will complete a data collection observation, request a TT3
(Reflection on Instruction and Student Learning), review the Reflection,
