Please note that if you are requesting beer for an event in Nebraska - Due to legal
restrictions imposed by federal and state laws, Lucky Bucket Brewing Company can
not donate beer for “benefits” or “fundraisers” to restaurants, bars, golf courses, or
other establishments which own their own liquor license.
In addition, in order to comply with Nebraska liquor laws, any events that offer
alcohol for sale or charge an admission that includes alcoholic beverages, the nonprofit organization should acquire a one-day SDL permit from the Nebraska LLC
(cost $40.00).
NOTE: By completing this form, you give Lucky Bucket Brewing Company permission
to contact you about your fundraising efforts.
