ORDER AUTHORIZING INTERVENTION

The Wyoming Industrial Energy Consumers, having petitioned to intervene as a party
intervenor in the above-captioned matter, to call witnesses and engage in discovery and
investigation therein, pursuant to Rule 24 of the Wyoming Rules of Civil Procedure and Chapter
2, Section 3(a)(ii) of the Public Service Commission's Rules, and good cause therefore being
shown,
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED:
1. Wyoming Industrial Energy Consumers is hereby authorized to participate as a
party for all purposes in the subject proceeding, pursuant to the approval of the Commission given
in open meeting on April21, 2016.

This Order is effective immediately.
