What Benefits Are Available to You?
The HomePlus Benefits Program is designed to provide considerable savings for ALL employees of
Fitchburg State University when buying or selling real estate, including rebates, discounts and ancillary

* Cash Back at Closing equal to $4 per every $1,000 of the final home closing price.

following Benefit Code: FITC-12009.
3. Employees are contacted by their personal
HomePlus Specialist within 24 hrs., whom will
