I wish to confirm my continued registration in AsureQuality Organic Certification and confirm that all details
provided in our:
- OMP update
- Organic management plan
- OMP Appendix - Livestock Inputs List & Pasture Plan or OMP Appendix - Crop Inputs List.
Are true and correct. I will inform AsureQuality if any issues arise which may affect the organic status of my
premises or organic products. I have read and agree with the “Standard Terms of Business for the provision of
Certification”. I allow access to all relevant information including financial records for both AsureQuality and
accreditation staff.
EU Programme – I accept that in the case of a later transference to another certification body, AsureQuality
will release copies of my control files to the new certification body if required, or in the case of dual certification
(or a subcontractor is certified by another certification body), exchange relevant information with the other
certifier. Control files will be retained by AsureQuality for at least five years after withdrawal from certification.
Upon termination of certification, or in the event of any irregularity or infringement affecting the organic status
of a product, AsureQuality will inform the competent authority without delay *.
